Ripa della Volta
Vapantena, Valpolicella
Ripa della Volta, located in Valpantena near Verona, was founded by Andrea Pernigo with a focus on organic farming and respect for the land to create high-quality wines. The winery spans 25 hectares at 300-600 meters above sea level, offering a sustainable environment for native varieties.
Longo’s journey began in 1961 when Consiglio started a wine business in Milan. In the 1980s, his children shifted focus to quality wine, opening the “Enoteca Longo” in 1983, which won the Oscar for "Best Wine Shop of Italy" in 2000. Over time, they became leaders in corporate wine gifting. Today, with a strong background in premium wine sales, Osvaldo and Giovanni Longo run “Longo Since 1961,” as they bring their wines to all over the world.
