Located off the beaten path in Rutherford, Napa Valley, Honig Vineyards is a family-owned, solar-powered winery committed to sustainability. The Honig family purchased the Rutherford Vineyard in 1964 and began producing wine in 1980. In 1984, at just 22 years old, Michael Honig took over management and, with the help of family and dedicated staff, transformed the small "garage" operation into a thriving business.

Honig Vineyards is certified sustainable by the California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance, and the family leads the way in environmentally responsible practices, both in the vineyard and winery. With a focus on solar power, water conservation, and habitat restoration, Honig continues its commitment to preserving the land while crafting exceptional wines.

This 2023 layered and delicious Sauvignon Blanc is layered and delicious in its classic Honig style. Honeysuckle and stone fruit aromas and flavours flow into a perfectly round mid-palate, followed by bright citrus reminiscent of lime and ruby grapefruit.
