Giorgio Meletti Cavallari

Bolgheri, Livorno

Founded in 2002, the Giorgio Meletti Cavallari winery is located in the Bolgheri DOC region of Tuscany. The farm spans 14 hectares of vineyards, with two key parcels: "Piastraia," located at 350 meters above sea level on skeletal and galestro schist soils, and "Vallone," which features clay and limestone.

The winery was created by Giorgio Meletti Cavallari after his studies in oenology and experience in Franciacorta, Chianti Classico, and California, with full support from his father, creator of the Grattamacco estate. Today, the farm also includes a farmhouse and wine shop along the Bolgherese road.
