Domaine Cyrot-Buthiau was founded in the 1920s by Paul-Joseph Cyrot. Over four generations, the Domaine has expanded to include parcels in Bourgogne, Volnay, Maranges 1er Cru, Santenay 1er Cru, Pommard, and Pommard 1er Cru—terroirs renowned for producing exceptional Pinot Noir. Since 1989, Paul-Joseph’s great-grandson Olivier, along with his wife Fabienne, has managed the 6.35-hectare estate.
Based in the heart of the Côte de Beaune, the Domaine is surrounded by the historic village of Pommard, where winemaking tradition runs deep. Pommard wines—exclusively red and made from Pinot Noir—are known for their richness, structure, and aging potential, reflecting the elegance and heritage of Burgundy.
